IPC-E-01-43 On February 13, 2002, Staff filed a Motion for Extension of Time requesting that the Commission grant it an extension of time until 12:00 p.m. (MST), February 18, 2002 by which to prefile the rebuttal testimony of Staff witness Terri Carlock.
