YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED the Commission has waived the provisions of
its Rules of Procedure and reduced the number of printed copies of discovery, testimony, exhibits
and pleadings to be filed with the Commission. IDAPA 31.01.01.013. In addition to electronic
copies, parties must serve the following number of printed documents on the Commission:
(a) an original and 4 copies of all pleadings;
(b) an original and 5 copies of all prepared testimony and exhibits. Parties shall also
provide a 3.25 computer disk of the testimony and exhibits as required by Rule
231.05; and
(c) an original and 1 copy of all discovery documents.
See Rule 61, IDAPA 31.01.01.061.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED all documents filed with the Commission shall be
transmitted to the Commission Secretary as an attachment to an e-mail. The transmittal e-mail
shall be sent to jjewell@puc.state.id.us and clearly note: (1) the name of the party submitting the
document; (2) the case number; (3) the party’s telephone number; and (4) a description of the
document(s). Electronic copies shall be filed with the Commission Secretary in compliance with
the schedule set out in Order No. 28933. All printed documents shall be filed with the
Commission Secretary no later than the next working day.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all testimony and exhibits in Case No. IPC-E-01-
43 must comport with the requirements of Rule 231 of the Commission's Rules of Procedure.
