IPC-E-01-43 ORDER NO. 28953 On February 15, 2002, the Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission requested that the Commission grant it an extension of time to file the rebuttal testimony of Staff witness Terri Carlock. Commission Order No. 28933 required Staff file its rebuttal testimony by 12:00 p.m. (MST) February 15, 2002. Due to circumstances beyond its control Staff stated that it could not file the rebuttal testimony of Terri Carlock by this deadline. Accordingly, Staff requested that the Commission grant it an extension to file this testimony by 12:00 p.m. (MST), February 18, 2002. Staff contacted all parties in this case regarding this request and no party has voiced or raised an objection to the granting of this extension. Based on the foregoing the Commission shall grant Staff’s Motion. O R D E R IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Commission Staff’s Motion for an Extension of Time to file the rebuttal testimony of Terri Carlock in this case is granted. Therefore, Staff shall file the rebuttal testimony on or before 12:00 p.m. (MST), Monday, February 18, 2002.
