ORDER NO.  29135

On August 30, 2002, the Commission issued Final Order No. 29085 in Case No. IPCE-01-42 dismissing without prejudice the Company’s Application. In its Order, the Commission directed Idaho Power Company to file a report with the Commission addressing the Company’s plans for satisfying future load requirements in light of the fact that the capacity and energy that the Company had planned on receiving under the terms of the Garnet contract may no longer be available (Garnet Report). The Commission set October 23, 2002, as the date for filing the Garnet Report.
On September 27, 2002, Idaho Power in a Letter filing with the Commission requested that the scheduled October 23, 2002, file date for the Garnet Report be extended one week from October 23, to October 30, 2002. The Company cited time conflicts and the effort involved in preparing the Report. It is the Commission’s understanding that no parties objected to the one-week delay requested. By this Order the Commission authorizes the requested change in the scheduled file date for the Garnet Report.
O R D E R
In consideration of the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the scheduled file date for the Garnet Report be extended by one week from October 23 to October 30, 2002.
