NOTICE OF MOTION TO CONSOLIDATE PARTIES

ORDER NO.  28972

On January 22, 2002, the Commission in Order No. 28939 granted intervention in Case No. IPC-E-01-42 to Citizens for Responsible Land Use. On February 26, 2002, the Commission in Order No. 28961 granted intervention to the Idaho Rural Council.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on February 27, 2002, the Idaho Rural Council and Citizens for Responsible Land Use filed a Motion with the Commission requesting a Commission Order authorizing the consolidation and merging of these two parties into a single party. The parties contend that the interests of their respective constituencies are similar and overlapping enough that there would be no conflict in advancing a common position in this proceeding. Indeed, to the contrary, the parties believe that their respective interests will be better advanced through a collective voice. The proposed merged party’s name is Idaho Rural Council/Citizens for Responsible Land Use. The merged party is to be represented by Brad M. Purdy, Attorney at Law.
O R D E R
In consideration of the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and the Commission does hereby grant the Idaho Rural Council and Citizens for Responsible Land Use’s Motion to Consolidate Parties. The consolidated or merged party’s name is Idaho Rural Council/Citizens for Responsible Land Use.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers hereafter filed in this matter on Idaho Rural Council/Citizens for Responsible Land Use with the following for the purposes of service:
