Comment description: I wanted to comment that I feel it's entirely wrong for Idaho Power
to recover revenue they lost during the 2001 energy crisis. There has been PLENTY of
coverage of how energy was sold on the open market and members of IP parent company madeastronomical bonuses based on that years acti vi ty. To go back on rate payers to recover
lost revenue is unacceptable.
