Comment description: If you watch Idaho Power s ads on IPTV, they talk about their years
of experience , planning ahead , etc. Seems they don t plan all that well so , once again
they want rate payers to come to the rescue. The so-called "lost revenue " of 13 million, I'll wager , to go to the investors. Investing is a gamble. You put money in betting
on the savvy of the big bux people at the top. If they do well , so do you. If they don
why worry? The rate payers will pick up the slack. I realize they can put forth pages of
figures proving their point. But I remember the "energy crisis " where , once again , rate
payers took it in the shorts. Remember , figures lie and liars figure. I f Idaho Power
mis-judged , it's time the big boys fessed up. We just might have more respect for them.
