ERRATA TO
ORDER NO. 28992

On April 12, 2002, the Commission issued Order No. 28992, in the above case. The
Final Order language was mistakenly omitted from that Order. The Final Order language is as
follows and shall act to make Order No. 28992 a Final Order.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order or in
interlocutory Orders previously issued in these Case No. IPC-E-01-34 may
petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of
this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order or in interlocutory
Orders previously issued in this case. Within seven (7) days after any person
has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for
reconsideration. See Idaho Code § 61-626.
