pro /brina intra-company changes that involved the conversion of the Company from a
corporation to a limited liability company and associated name change.Certificate No.507 was
issued on August 3,2012 with Commission Order No.32596.Staff recommends a change of
name on Certificate No.507 to EarthLink Business,LLC.
