IPC-E-01-25 NOTICE OF SCHEDULING NOTICE OF HEARING ORDER NO. 28912 On October 11, 2001, Jay Hulet, through his attorneys of record filed a Petition for Reconsideration of the Commission’s final Order No. 28860 that dismissed his formal complaint against Idaho Power Company with prejudice. Idaho Power filed a response on October 18, 2001 and Hulet filed a reply brief on October 30, 2001. On November 8, 2001, the Commission granted Hulet’s Petition for the purpose of holding an evidentiary hearing regarding the allegations raised in his Complaint. A prehearing conference in Case No. IPC-E-01-25 was held in Boise, Idaho on December 6, 2001. The following parties appeared by and through their respective counsel: Jay Hulet Idaho Power Company James G. Reid Charles L. Honsinger Barton L. Kline Monica Moen YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that pursuant to agreement of the parties and the Commission the following scheduling has been adopted: December 13, 2001 December 20, 2001 January 3, 2002 January 10, 2002 Jay Hulet Prefile deadline—direct testimony Discovery deadline for Idaho Power Idaho Power Prefile deadline—reply testimony Discovery deadline for Jay Hulet Pursuant to agreement, all prefile dates are 12:00 o’clock noon “in-hand” dates. The prepared testimony and exhibits must conform to the requirements of Rules 266 and 267 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure. IDAPA 31.01.01.266-267. NOTICE OF HEARING YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a technical hearing in Case No. IPC-E-01-25 on TUESDAY, JANUARY 15, 2002, COMMENCING AT 9:30 A.M. AT THE COMMISSION HEARING ROOM, 472 WEST WASHINGTON, BOISE, IDAHO. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings and prehearing conferences in this matter will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. In order to participate, understand testimony and argument at a public hearing, persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance as required under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
