Dear Ms. Noriyuki
The ldaho Power Energy Risk Management Standards ("Standards"), adopted pursuant
to the ldaho Power Energy Risk Management Policy ("Policy"), require that any modifications to
the Standards and Policy be filed with the ldaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") upon
approval by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of ldaho Power Company ("ldaho
Power" or "Company"). Accordingly, enclosed are:
o A confidential copy of the updated Standards as approved by the Audit Committee
of the Board of Directors in May 2022. Note that no changes were made to the Policy
at this time;o A confidential redlined version of each page in the Standard that was changed; and. A Counsel Certificate certiffing that these changes were approved by the ldaho
PowerAudit Committee.
ldaho Power modified the Standards to
Update the members of the Risk Management Committee and employee contact
information due to employee transition;
lncorporate in Appendix E Approved lnstruments, Markets and Commodities a
change regarding the allowed term of an instrument; and
Make formatting changes that have affected pagination but have not otherwise
affected the content of the document (formatting changes are excluded from the
redline version provided).
Please note that the Policy and Standards contain wholesale market strategy that is
commercially sensitive and if disclosed freely could subject ldaho Power or its customers to risk
