Dear Ms. Jewell:
At the Fall 2014 Customer Advisory Group ('CAG') meeting on October 22, 2014, CAG
members agreed to reduce ldaho Power Company's ("ldaho Powe/' or "Company") Energy Risk
Management Standards' Market Review Trigger ('MRT') rate to reflect recent changes in fonryard
energy market prices. The ldaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") Staff advised that it
would be appropriate to provide any future MRT notifications to the Commission as part of the
Company's Power Cost Adjustment ('PCA') report that is submitted to the Commission on a
monthly basis. ldaho Power intends to file these monthly MRT notifications in the PCA report in lieu
of individual event notifications previously provided as part of Case No. IPC-E-01-16.
