With the concurrence of the Commission Secretary, this case is hereby considered closed. The underlying demand-side management issues in Case No. IPC-E-01-13 were addressed by: 1) creating an Energy Efficiency Advocacy Group to advise Idaho Power on conservation issues; 2) funding new DSM programs with a surcharge in Order No. 29026 (Case Nos. IPC-E-02-2 and -3); and 3) the filing of Idaho Power’s Time-of-Use Metering Report as required by Order No. 29026. During its September 24, 2002 Decision Meeting, the Commission authorized the Time-of-Use Metering Report to be processed separately in Case No. IPC-E-02-12.
