Confidential Exhibits and Correction Pages of TERA Prefiled Direct Testimony

Dear Ms. Jewell:

Please find enclosed the previously confidential exhibits of Staff witness Terri Carlock. These exhibits were reviewed by Idaho Power, which did not object to their public release.

It has also come to Staff’s attention that pages 3 and 6 of TERA witness Thomas Lord’s prefiled direct testimony contained errors. Please remove these pages from the prefiled testimony in your possession and replace them with the corrected versions contained herein. Specifically, the sentence contained on lines 5-8 of page 3 was augmented to include “…significant to individual customers.” The two sentences on lines 10-17 on page 6 were also combined to achieve the appropriate meaning.
