Please find enclosed for filing nine (9) copies of the Company’s direct case in response to Commission Order Nos. 28722 and 28738. The Company’s direct case consists of the Testimony and Exhibits of Witnesses Said, Gribble, Hoyd, Anderson and Gale. Also enclosed for filing are an original and seven (7) copies of the Company’s Pre-Hearing Brief and Request For Official Notice regarding the above-described cases. Copies of this filing have been mailed or hand-delivered to parties of record as indicated in the enclosed Certificate of Service.

Also enclosed are two computer disks. One disk is for the court reporter and contains the testimony of the witnesses. The other disk is for the use of the Commission.
