and Codes of Conduct, Case Nos. IPC-01-2 and IPC-01-
On January 18 , 2001 , Idaho Power Company filed two separate Applications requesting approval
of a proposed statement of policy and codes of conduct covering transactions between Idaho
Power Company and subsidiaries ofillACORP, Inc. The processing of these cases was delayed
due to resolution of certain issues that arose in other Idaho Power cases before the Commission.
This letter is to inform you that an informal meeting will be held at Idaho Power Company
headquarters at 1221 W. Idaho St., Boise, Idaho on June 23 , 2003 at 1 :30 p.m. to discuss
setting a schedule for the processing and resolution of the issues in Case Nos. IPC-01-2 and
IPC-01-8. If you are unable to attend in person you may call in to the meeting. To make
