Power Development Associates, LLC (PDA) petitioned to intervene in this case on April 2, 2001, pursuant to Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, IDAPA 31.01.01.071-.075. On April 11, 2001, Idaho Power Company filed a motion opposing PDA’s Petition. PDA filed a response to this motion on April 13, 2001.
FINDINGS OF FACT
In the past the Commission has liberally granted petitions to intervene in cases before it. Accordingly, we find based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case that intervention by this party would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 of the Rules of Procedure and should be granted.
We further find that PDA’s participation in this case shall be limited to issues directly involving the Company’s proposed Statement of Policy and Code of Conduct.
O R D E R
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Power Development Associates, LLC is hereby granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Power Development Associates, LLC participation in this case is limited to issues directly involving the Company’s proposed Statement of Policy and Code of Conduct.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record. This Intervenor is represented by the following for purposes of service:
