Page 2, line 4 of the last paragraph
READS:
On October 29 1993, the contribution amount was paid by Hewlett-Packard
under protest, HP /Kimball reserving the right to dispute the assessment and
to receive any refund arriving from a settlement thereof.
SHOULD READ:
