ORDER NO. 28357

On May 4, 2000, the Commission issued Order No. 28357 in the above referenced case. The following change should be made to the Order:
The Final Order paragraph should be added to page 3 and should read as follows:
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order (or in issues finally decided by this Order) or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in Case No. IPCE004 may petition for reconsideration within twentyone (21) days of the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in Case No.  IPCE004. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may crosspetition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code § 61626.
