Dear Ms. Hanian
Enclosed please find ldaho Power Company's Confidential ldaho Energy
Efficiency Rider Activity and Balance Report for the month-end June 2019. The Rider is
a regulatory liability account and as such, a negative balance indicates that the Rider
has collected amounts in advance of funding energy efficiency programs. Alternatively,a positive balance indicates the Rider has funded energy efficiency programs in
advance of collection.
Please note that the enclosure contains commercially sensitive and potentially
material non-public information under Regulation FD. The undersigned attorney, in
accordance with RP 67, hereby certifies that the ldaho Energy Efficiency Rider Activity
and Balance Report contains information that is a trade secret as described in ldaho
