Re: ldaho Power Company's Confidential ldaho Energy Efficiency Rider
Activity and Balance Report through March 2017
Dear Ms. Hanian:
Enclosed please find ldaho Power Company's Gonfidential ldaho Energy
Efficiency Rider Activity and Balance Report for the month-end March 2017. The Rider
is a regulatory Iiability account and as such, a negative balance indicates that the Rider
has collected amounts in advance of funding energy efficiency programs. Alternatively,
a positive balance indicates the Rider has funded energy efficiency programs in
advance of collection.
Please note that the enclosure contains commercially sensitive and potentially
material non-public information under Regulation FD. The undersigned attorney, in
accordance with RP 67, hereby certifies that the ldaho Energy Efficiency Rider Activity
and Balance Report contains information that is a trade secret as described in ldaho
Code S 74-101, et seq., and $ 48-801, et seq., and as such is exempt from public
inspection, examination, or copying.
If you have any questions, please contact Pete Pengilly at 208-388-2281.
Very truly youls,
p
