Dear Ms. Hanian
Enclosed please find ldaho Power Company's Confidential ldaho Energy
Efficiency Rider Activity and Balance Report for the month-end March 2018. The Rider
is a regulatory liability account and as such, a negative balance indicates that the Rider
has collected amounts in advance of funding energy efficiency programs. Alternatively,
a positive balance indicates the Rider has funded energy efficiency programs in
advance of collection.
Please note that the enclosure contains commercially sensitive and potentially
material non-public information under Regulation FD. The undersigned attorney, in
accordance with RP 67, hereby certifies that the Idaho Energy Efficiency Rider Activity
and Balance Report contains information that is a trade secret as described in ldaho
