Re: Idaho Power Company's Idaho Energy Efficiency Rider Activity and
Balance Report through October 2016
Dear Ms. Jewell:
Enclosed please find Idaho Power Company's Idaho Energy Efficiency Rider
Activity and Balance Report for the month-end October 2016. The Rider is a regulatory
liability account and as such, a negative balance indicates that the Rider has collected
amounts in advance of funding energy efficiency programs. Alternatively, a positive
balance indicates the Rider has funded energy efficiency programs in advance of
collection. The Company intends to file an application to revise the Rider percentage by
December 30, 2016, per direction received in Order No. 33583.
If you have any questions, please contact Pete Pengilly at 208-388-2281.
