Enclosed please find Idaho Power Company's Idaho Energy Efficiency Rider
Activity and Balance Report for the month-end July 2016. The Rider is a regulatory
liability account and as such, a negative balance indicates that the Rider has collected
amounts in advance of funding energy efficiency programs. Alternatively, a positive
balance indicates the Rider has funded energy efficiency programs in advance of
collection.
