As part of Staffs review of Tariff Advice No. 13-06, former Staff Engineering Section
Supervisor Rick Sterling requested ldaho Power report these account balances on a semi-annual
basis. Because Mr. Sterling is no longer with the ldaho Public Utilities Commission, ldaho Power
will not continue reporting the BPA REP balances semi-annually unless notified otherwise.
