Enclosed please find ldaho Power Company's ldaho Energy Efficiency Rider
Activity and Balance Report for the month-end August 2013. Please note that the
enclosure contains commercially sensitive and potentially material non-public
information under Regulation FD that should be treated as confidential.
The Rider is a regulatory liability account and as such, a negative balance
indicates that the Rider has collected amounts in advance of funding energy efficiency
programs. Alternatively, a positive balance indicates the Rider has funded energy
efficiency programs in advance of collection.
Three extra copies of this report are enclosed for Donn English, Stacey
Donohue, and Nikki Karpavich.
