RE: Billing Complaint Against Idaho Power Company
Dear Reverend Grubbs:
The Attorney General has asked me to respond to your letter dated July 31, 2001 regarding your complaint against Idaho Power Company. In particular, you take issue with Idaho Power’s use of a 33-day billing period.
As a public utility, Idaho Power Company is subject to the jurisdiction of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission. I note that you forwarded a copy of your complaint to the Commission. It is my understanding that the Staff of the Public Utilities Commission is investigating and reviewing your complaint. I have asked the PUC Staff to advise me of the results of its investigation.
