IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that the public convenience and
necessi ty requires and will require the Idaho Power Company, its
successors and assigns to construct. own , maintain and operate a
230 KV transmission line commencing at the SW\ of the NE\ of Sec-
tion 15 , T3N, R2 9E, B. M., Butte County, Idaho, and extend a dis-
tance of approximately sixty (60) miles in a southerly direction
through Butte, Bingham and Power Counties , to the NW\ of the NW\
of Section 22 , T4S, R30E , B., Power County, Idaho, and to
exercise the rights and privileges granted or which may be granted
by any franchise to be obtained from said Butte County, and by
existing franchises in Power and Bingham Counties; and that said
certificate of convenience and necessity be limited to the trans-
mission. interchange and supply of high voltage electrical power
and energy.
This Certificate is predicated upon the Findings and
Order of Order No.9 293 in the above entitled matter , made and
entered this third day of February, 1969 , to which reference is
hereby made.
