, IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED, That the public convenience and necessity
require, and will require, the Idaho Power Company, a corporation , its
successors and assigns, to construct, maintain and operate a general
electrical system for the supplying of electricity for light, heat, power
and other purposes to the City of Pocatel1o, Bannock County, Idaho, and
to the inhabitants thereof, and to exercise the rights and privileges that
have been, or may hereafter be, issued to the Idaho Power Company, its
successors and assigns, Qy the said City of Pocatello, Bannock County,
Idaho.
THIS CERTIFICATE is predicated upon and issued pursuant to the
findings and order of this Commission in the above entitled matter made
and entered on the 20th day of June, A. D . 1958, to which reference is
hereby made.
