It is hereby certified that the public convenience and necessity
require, and will require , the Idaho Power Company, a corporation, its
successors and assigns, to construct , maintain and operate a general

electrical system for the supplying of electricity for light , heat power
and other purposes to the City of Payette, Payette County, Idaho, and to
the residents ot said city, and to exercise the rights and privileges that
have been, or may hereafter be, issued to the Idaho Power Company, its
successors and assigns, by the said City of Payette , Idaho.
This certificate is predicated upon and issued pursuant to the
findings and order of this Commission in the above entitled matter made and
entered on the 1st day of July, 1930 , to which reference is hereby made.
