It is hereby oertified that the public convenience and. necessity
require, and will require, the lclaho Power OompB.IW' , a corporation, its suc-
csssors and assigns, to construct , maintain and operate a geIl81'al electrical
system far the supplying of electric! ty for light, heat , power aDd. other pur-
poses within the counties of Minidoka, T\-/in Falls , :Slmare , Owyhee, Ada, Gem,
OsZ1yon, Jerome, Payette and Cassia, and to exercise the rights and privileges
that have been, or may hereafter be ~anted by aIIiV franchise or franchises
which have been, or my hereafter be, issued to the Idaho Power Oompan;v by
said counties , and. each of them,the exercise of such rights and privileges
under such franchise to be, however, subject to the rules , orders and control
of this commission as to service and facilities.
This certificate is predicated upon and issued pursuant to the find-
ings and order Of this ocmnission in the above entitled matter made and enter-
ed on Deoember 20, 1923, to which reference is hereby 118de.
