It has recently come to my attention that page 11 a of the "Idaho
Supplement" to Idaho Power Company s FERC Form 1 for the years 2004 and 2005
incorrectly states the average number of customers. Enclosed are corrected copies of
page 11a to replace those previously provided to the Commission.
