Thank you for the Attorney General letter and worksheets dated May 29,2015 which provided
the20l5l2016 updated prices for the adjustable portion of the avoided costs rates under the
present avoided cost methodology in compliance with Commission Order No. 28708.
PacifiCorp has reviewed the proposed prices and agrees that they have been updated correctly.
This letter serves as the Company's acknowledgment that the new schedules are accurate.
