Avista Corporation dba Avista Utilities (Avista or Company) submits the following comments in
response to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC) notice dated May 29,2015 notifying
the Company of the annual revision and updated calculation of the adjustable portion of the
Avoided Cost Rate(s) for existing PURPA contracts. The Company has reviewed the information
and agrees with the model and calculations used by the Commission Staff for Avista, and that
they are consistent with Order No. 28708.
