J. Kahle Becker, one of the attorneys for Mountain Air Projects, LLC ("Mountain Air")
in the above-entitled matter hereby moves to amend the motion for the admission of attorney
Michael J. Uda as counsel for Mountain Air to appear before the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission ("Commission") pursuant to PVC Rule of Procedure 043-05 and Idaho Bar
Commission Rule 227.
AMENDED MOTION FOR ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE - I
J. Kahle Becker and Michael Uda certify that a copy of this amended motion has been
served on all other parties to this matter and that a copy of the original motion, accompanied by a
$200 fee, has been provided to the Idaho State Bar.
In support of this amended motion, J. Kahle Becker respectfully states that he finds
Michael J. Uda to be a reputable attorney and recommends his admission to practice before the
Commission. This Motion is Supported by the Affidavit of Michel J. Uda which accompanied
the original filing. Mountain Air requests permission for Michael J. Uda to act independently of
J. Kahle Becker and appear at hearings without the presence of local counsel in order to conserve
resources.
WHEREFORE, J. Kahle Becker respectfully requests the Commission to enter an order
allowing the admission of Michael J. Uda, pro hac vice, to allow him to appear and act
independently as counsel for Mountain Air in this case.
