GNR -E-ll-03 PETITION TO INERVENE OF ENERGY INGRI PROJECT COMES NOW, ENERGY INTEGRITY PROJECT, hereiner referred to as "Intervenor," and pursuat to ths Commssion's Rules of Procedur, Rule 71 IDAPA 31.01.01.71 hereby petitions the Commssion for leave to intervene herein and to appear and parcipate herein as a par, and as grounds therefore sts as follows: 1. The name and address of ths Intervenor is: Energy Integnty Project c/o Taun Chrstensen 769N 1100 E Shelley, Idaho 83274 (208) 757-1717 tauna(fenergytegrroject.org Copies of all pleadings, Commssion orders, and other documents should be provided to Tauna Chrstensn at the address stated above. 2. Ths Intervenor, Energy Integrty Project, is a citizens' organzation representig the interests of ratepayers and tapayers. Energy Integrty Project's members are ratepayers. 3. Energy Integnty Project claims a direct and substatial interest in ths proceeding because the outcome of ths proceedig is very likely to impact the rates of ratepayers. 4. Ths Intervenor intends to paricipate herein as a par, and if necessa, to introduce evidence, cross-examne witnesses, cal and exame witnesses, and be heard in arguent. The natue and quality of evidence which ths Intervenor will introduce is dependent upon the natue and effect of other evidence in ths proceeding. 5. Grating ths Intervenor's petition to intervene will not unduly broaden the issues nor will it prejudice any par to ths case. Ths Intervenor does not intend to broaden the issues beyond those listed in IPUC Order No. 32352 issued in ths docket. Ths Intervenor agres to be bound by all prior orders existing in ths docket prior to its intervention. 6. Although ths Petition to Intervene is fied afr the deadine set in Order No. 32352, ths Intervenor requests leave to intervene after the deadine on the ground tht ths Intervenor will not raise additional issues and that the matter has not yet proceeded to filing of testiony. 7. Because ths proceedig is very likely to impact the rates of ratepayers, good cause exists to grant ths Petition. Grting intervention at ths time will not disrupt the proceegs or prejudice any other pares. Intervention is therefore proper puruat to ths Commssion's Rules of Procedure, Rule 73 IDAPA 31.01.01.73.
