Pursuant to Rule of Procedure 45 of the Idaho Public Utilties Commission (IDAP A
31.01.01.45), Battelle Energy Allance, LLC (BEA), DBA Idaho National Laboratory, submits
this petition to WITHDRA W from the above captioned matter.
PETITION TO WITHDRAW
BEA is the inanagement and operating contractor of the US Department of Energy's
Idaho National Laboratory and does business as the Idaho National Laboratory and INL.
BEA petitions the Idaho Public Utilties Commission to withdraw from this matter. On
March 2,2011, two employees of BE A's Conventional Renewable Energy Group petitioned this
Commission to intervene in this matter. However, these employees were not authorized on
behalf of BE A and the Idaho National Laboratory to fie the petition or intervene in this matter.
Accordingly, Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC respectfully requests that this Commission grant its
petition to withdraw froin this matter.
