Idaho National Laboratory's Conventional Renewable Energy Group (IN), pursuant to this
Commssion's Rules of Procedure, Rule 71 IDAPA 31.01.01.071, hereby submits its petition in the above
captioned matter.
PETITION TO INTERVENE
The Conventional Renewable Energy Group at IN is charged with providing factul and
unbiased information regarding renewable energy, including wind and solar, to public officials and
governent policy makers to enhance responsible implementation regionally. As part ofthat charge, the
Renewable Group seeks intervenor status in Case Number GNR-E-11-01 regarding the Commssion's
investigation into disaggregation and an appropriate published avoided cost rate eligibilty cap structue.
