Interconnect Solar is an Idaho Limited Liability Company, dulyformed and registered to do business in Idaho and actively engaged in development of the solar energy project in Owyhee County, Idaho. The Joint Petitionwil have a direct impact on Interconnect Solar and a potentially chiling and substatial affect on its ability to finalize power purchase ter and conditions with Idaho Power Company. 4. Interconnect Solar has a direct and substantial interest in this proceeding that wil not be adequately represented by any other par, and may be affected by any Commission deterination made in connection with these proceedings. Interconnect Solar intends to paricipate as a par in these proceedings and, if necessar, introduce evidence, cross- . examine witnesses, call and examine witnesses and be heard in argument. 5. Without the opportnity to intervene herein, Interconnect Solar would be without a manner or mean of parcipating in the lawful determination of issues presented in the Joint Petition and which wil have a material impact on Interconnect Solar.
