Idaho Windfarms, LLC ("Idaho Windfarms"), pursuant to this Commission's Rules
of Procedure, Rule 71 IDAPA 31.01.01.071, hereby submits its Petition in the above-
captioned matter.
PETITION TO INTERVENE
Idaho Windfarms is a wind energy developer which holds wind energy
development rights in Idaho. We have been developing these projects with the intent to
sell energy under PURPA Contracts. Therefore, Idaho Windfarms has direct and
substantial interest in these proceedings and requests the right to intervene and to
appear and participate as a party.
