Washington St Boise, ID 83702 Dear Ms. Jewell: Please accept this request for copies of utility responses to the Commission pursuant to the Commission s Order in GNR-06- seeking utility feedback on possible new PURP A standards. As the Idaho representative for the NW Energy Coalition, I expect the Coalition and our Idaho members will be involved in this docket, and as a result I would appreciate being provided with copies of all three utility responses to the questions contained in the Commission order and being included on the Commission Service List in GNR-06-02. Depending on how the PUC intends to provide interested parties with the utility responses, my preference would be via e-mail. My e-mail and postal addresses are listed below. Thanks so much for your help, and best regards ~~~ Ken Miller Idaho Energy Advocate NW Energy Coalition ken(illnwenergy.org (208) 890-3944 5400 W.
