SUBJECT: NOTICE OF CORRECTED ATTACHMENTS

In the Comments of the Commission Staff filed in Case No. GNR-E-99-1 on
December 18, 2000, it has been brought to Staff's attention that there are errors in the data
used to prepare Attachments 1 and 2.

Staff has prepared revised Attachments 1 and 2. These revised Attachments accompany this letter and should replace the originals included with Staff's Comments.

The remaining Attachments, as well as the text of Staff's Comments, are unaffected and should remain the same.
