Avista Corporation dba Avista Utilities (Avista or Company) received the Notice of Application
Order No. 35758 from the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC) dated April 28, 2023
notifying the Company of the annual revision and updated calculation of the adjustable portion of
the avoided cost rates for existing PURPA contracts and opportunity to file written comments on
this matter. The Company has reviewed the new published avoided cost rates and agrees that the
calculations are correct.
