Chinden Blvd. Bldg. 8, Ste. 201-A Boise, Idaho 83714 RE: Case No. GNR-E-23-01 Agreement to Alter the Date of the Capacity Deficiency Case Dear Ms. Noriyuki: Avista Corporation dba Avista Utilities (Avista or the Company) received the Notice of Application Order No. 35761 from the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC) dated April 28, 2023, notifying the Company of Commission Staff’s application to alter the filing date of the Capacity Deficiency case. Avista thanks Staff for its collaboration in this matter and agrees that the Capacity Deficiency filing date should be “within 30 days after the IRP is filed for acknowledgement.” Please direct any questions regarding these comments to John Lyons at 509-495-8515.
