PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power ("the Company") received the Notice of Application,
Order No. 35398, from the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("IPUC") dated May 5,2022,
notiffing the Company of the annual revision to update natural gas price forecasts for the Surogate
Avoided Resource (*SAR") method for avoided cost rates for PURPA contracts. The Company
has reviewed the calculation of the new published avoided cost rates and agrees the published
Avoided Cost rates were updated correctly.
