Avista Corporation dba Avista Utilities (Avista or Company) received the Notice of Application
OrderNo. 35298 fromthe Idaho Public Utilities Commission(IPUC) datedMay 5,2022 noti$ing
the Company of the annual revision and updated calculation of the adjustable portion of the
avoided cost rates for existing PLTRPA contacts and opportunity to file written comments on this
matter. The Company has reviewed the new published avoided cost rates and agtees that the
calculations are correct.
