PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power ("Company") received the Notice of Application, Order
No. 35020, from the Idaho Public Utilities Commission dated April 26, 2021, notiffing the
Company of the annual revision to update natural gas price forecasts for the Surrogate Avoided
Resource method for avoided cost rates for the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act contracts.
The Company has reviewed the calculation of the new published avoided cost rates and agrees the
published avoided cost rates are correct and the wind and solar integration charges are consistent
with OrderNo. 34966.
