Thank you for the letter from the Deputy Attorney General and worksheets dated May 3 |,2019,
providing the 201912020 updated prices for the adjustable portion of the avoided costs rates
under the present avoided cost methodology in accordance with Commission Order No. 28708.
PacifiCorp has reviewed the proposed prices and agrees that they have been updated correctly.
This letter serves as the Company's acknowledgment that the new schedules are accurate.
