On April 1,2014,the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (“Commission”)issued its
final Order in Case No.PAC-E-14-0l,Rocky Mountain Power’s (“RMP”or “Company”)annual
filing of its Energy Cost Adjustment Mechanism (“ECAM”).In its Order,the Commission
ordered that “the parties convene a workshop in a separate docket to resolve issues associated
with the Wholesale Line Loss adjustment and submit an agreement to the Commission for
approval.”Order No.33008 at 15.
NOTICE OF WORKSHOP
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a workshop shall be convened on TUESDAY,
JUNE 17,2014,IN THE COMMISSION HEARING ROOM,472 W.WASHINGTON,
BOISE,IDAHO,AT 9:00 A.M (MST),for all interested RMP customers to discuss and resolve
issues associated with the Wholesale Line Loss adjustment to the Company’s annual ECAM
filing.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the purpose of this workshop is to allow
interested parties to discuss the aforementioned adjustment and work towards developing and
submitting a collaborative agreement to the Commission.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a workshop for interested parties shall take place on
the date,time,and place outlined above.
