Dear Ms. Sasser; Thank you for your letter and worksheets dated June 3, 2014 providing the update to variable energy rates applicable to deliveries commencing July 1,2014 extending through June 30, 2015 with updated prices for the adjustable portion of the avoided costs rates under the present avoided cost methodology. Your letter also provided an update to the adjustable rate portion of avoided costs for QF contracts using variable costs associated with Colstrip and for PacifiCorp contracts wuth 1992 amendments. PacifiCorp has reviewed the information provided by the Commission Staff and concurs that the rates have been updated consistent with Order Nos. 28708 and293l6.
